Expression of Interest (EOI):

External Audit Services for Yemen Loan Guarantee Program (YLG) for the fiscal years 2023 and 2024 

1. Funded by Social Fund for Development (SFD), Yemen Loan Guarantee Program (YLG) intends to execute the External Audit Services for the Fiscal Years: 2023,2024 in accordance with international auditing standards and the related local regulations.

2. Accordingly, YLG invites specialized consulting offices/companies to express their interest, in implementing the above-mentioned consultancy services, by presenting a letter of interest attached to the documents and information showing the qualifications of the consulting company and its financial and technical capabilities, a record of experience with a focus on Similar business/tasks, and the CVs of its technical and administrative staff. The auditing offices/companies MUST have a membership in an alliance or an international auditing firm with an internationally recognized reputation and a valid tax card.

3. According to the EOI evaluation results, an invitation will be sent to a short list of qualified consulting offices/companies to submit their technical and financial offers for providing the required service.

4. Interested offices/companies may submit their supporting documents to the following addres:
